Save the Dream…Ohio’s response to the mortgage foreclosure crisis

Date: 3/27/2008 1:47:00 PM

In 2007, Ohio had the sixth highest mortgage foreclosure rate in the nation. The problem is clear. The solution requires innovation.

This is why Ohio Governor Ted Strickland, Supreme Court of Ohio Chief Justice Thomas Moyer, Ohio Attorney General Richard Cordray, Ohio Treasurer Kevin Boyce, the Ohio Legal Assistance Foundation, the Ohio legal services network and the Ohio State Bar Association have joined in a unique partnership—the first of its kind in the nation—as a response to the mortgage foreclosure crisis designed to help Ohioans remain in their homes.
