Relive three days of Convention highlights

The 2010 OSBA Convention May 5-7 in Dayton included the presentations of many well-deserved awards. On Wednesday, the OSBA honored Kalpana Yalamanchili with the Nettie Cronise Lutes Award, while Scott R. Mote was recognized with the Eugene R. Weir Award for Ethics and Professionalism.

On Thursday, Toledo attorney Reginald S. Jackson Jr. received the Bar Medal Award, Thornville attorney Riley C. Crandell was recognized with the John C. and Ginny Elam Pro Bono Award at the OSBA annual luncheon, and the late Supreme Court of Ohio Chief Justice Thomas J. Moyer was honored with an Award for Judicial Excellence.

In addition, Akron attorney Carmen V. Roberto was officially recognized as the new OSBA president, and Lancaster attorney Carol S. Marx was elected OSBA president-elect.
