Please note that the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF) is also accredited to certify Ohio lawyers as elder law specialists. An Ohio lawyer may seek elder law specialty certification through the OSBA or NELF (or both).

OSBA Elder Law Certification

The OSBA will begin accepting applications for certification January through June 30. Please click here for instructions on how to apply to become an OSBA certified specialist.
