New OSBA Board of Governors Representative Don W. Humphrey, Jr. to Preside over Annual District 13 Meeting
Columbus, Ohio (September 18, 2017) – The President of the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) will visit Youngstown on Tuesday, September 26, 2017, where he will recognize area attorneys for their service to the profession and the community.
Randall M. Comer, 2017-2018 OSBA President, will address the OSBA District 13 Annual Meeting at The Youngtown Country Club (1402 Country Club Drive, Youngstown, OH 44505). OSBA District 13 includes more than 300 attorneys who practice in Mahoning and Columbiana counties. Members to be honored include*:

The Honorable Don W. Humphrey Jr., the new District 13 representative to the OSBA Board of Governors, will preside over the meeting, which begins at 12:00 p.m., and will include the election of members to the OSBA Council of Delegates, with the terms commencing on July 1, 2018.
President Comer will discuss the future of the legal profession and what attorneys can do to relate to and support their clients amid a time of great technological, cultural and economic change.
Immediately following the luncheon meeting and recognition, attorneys may attend an optional 2.5-hour continuing legal education professional conduct seminar from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

About Don W. Humphrey Jr., District 13 Representative to the OSBA Board of Governors
Don W. Humphrey Jr. joined the OSBA Board of Governors on July 1, 2017, having been elected to a three-year term. Humphrey serves as Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Columbiana County. A past president of the Columbiana County Bar Association, he earned his undergraduate degree and law degrees from Ohio Northern University.
About OSBA President Randall Comer
Randall Comer began his term as President of the Ohio State Bar Association on July 1, 2017. A native of Springfield, Ohio, he has been a partner at Martin, Browne, Hull & Harper since 2008, where he specializes in general defense litigation with an emphasis on labor, employment, and workers' compensation matters. Randall earned his bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston and his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he was editor in chief of the UC Law Review. Counting his family as his greatest blessing, Randall enjoys spending time with his wife, Tamara, and three children: Grace, Grant and Matthew.
