The Nettie Cronise Lutes Award is named after
the first woman licensed to practice law in Ohio. To honor Nettie Cronise
Lutes, the Ohio State Bar Association Women in the Profession Section
established the award to recognize a woman lawyer who has improved the legal
profession through her own high level of professionalism and who has opened
doors for other women and girls. Please

A narrative (no more than two pages) as to why you believe the nominee meets
the award criteria; and
Any additional letters of support or articles about the candidate.
nominee must be an OSBA
member and a woman who has improved the legal profession through her own high
level of professionalism and who has opened doors for other women and girls.
The award will be presented at the OSBA Council of Delegates
Meeting on April 28, 2017, at the Ohio State Bar Association (1700 Lake Shore
Dr., Columbus, Ohio 43204).
This form must be submitted for both new and repeat nominations.Applications are due by Friday,
Jan. 27, 2017
