OSBA seeks members comments on government contracting procedures

The Ohio Government Contract Advisory Council was created to review and suggest changes concerning contracting procedures, standards of record keeping and direct cost allocation involving government contracts with private entities. Douglas E. Graff, the OSBA’s representative to the council, has requested input from the membership concerning any suggestions. 

If members have suggestions or concerns regarding government contracting procedures between private entities and public entities please direct those comments to Todd Book, OSBA Director of Policy and Government Affairs, at tbook@ohiobar.org​ by April 11, 2014.
