Refresh your skills for guardian ad litem cases in new CLE

Child with fatherPlease join OSBA CLE for the Guardian ad Litem seminar on Sept. 11 in Columbus (live or through Webcast) or Sept. 20 in Cleveland.

This half-day course will cover important skills needed in domestic relations and juvenile law practice. Throughout the day, attendees will gain experience in determining a child’s best interest, identifying the proper way to gather information in such cases and techniques of how to best communicate with a child witness.

This seminar has been approved for New Lawyer Training (NLT). The Supreme Court mandates that all new attorneys complete 12 hours of NLT by the end of their first biennial reporting period, including three hours of instruction in professionalism, law practice management and client funds management and nine hours of designated New Lawyer Training instruction in one or more substantive areas of law.
